SHOEI GLAMSTER BASALT GREY HELMET

The Shoei Glamster is the newest offering from Shoei for nostalgic riders everywhere. This Full Face helmet is an addition to the already popular Shoei Ex-Zero retro helmet and the Shoei J-O open face helmet. The Shoei Glamstar will be bringing you high level comfort and protection, not to mention plenty of vintage style with its classic round, unadorned shell that cuts to the heart of the origins of motorcycle riding

SHELL
The Shell of the Shoei Glamster is made of Shoei’s Advanced Integrated Matrix (AIM), to make the helmet suited to high-performance while remaining light. This helmet is coming with 3 shell sizes to ensure proper fit, comfort, and a proportional looking helmet. The shell sizes span from XS to M, L, and XL to XXL.

VENTILATION
To keep you cool, the ventilation system of the Shoei Glamster relies on 4 intakes in the chin, that remain open permanently. For further ventilation, the Glamster has a large, adjustable brow vent to allow air into the helmet’s EPS channels. This hot air will escape out the EPS channels through two concealed exhausts in the helmet’s neck roll in the rear.

VISOR
The visor of the Shoei Glamster is very wide to give a full field of view. In case it needs replacing, the face shield is Shoei’s CPB-1 Visor, which, thanks to a large knob, is easy to operate with gloves and it will stay shut while riding, similar to the system of the Shoei NXR.The visor is also anti-fog pinlock prepared to keep you safe and focused on your ride and the insert is included in the box. Like most retro helmets, the visor is replaced using a screwdriver.

LINER
The liner of the Shoei Glamster is comfortable and high quality as ever. The EPS liner is a dual density EPS-liner for better protection by allowing the liner to absorb shocks at different levels. To keep you in your helmet, the helmet uses a double D-ring chin strap, in keeping with it’s classic look and feel. For additional comfort, the helmet uses Shoei’s 3D liner and cheek pads, which are detachable and washable. For additional safety, the Glamster includes emergency release cheek pads.
