Key Requirements:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All tags and protective liners must be attached
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
STEP-BY-STEP RETURN PROCESS
1. Initiate Your Return

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
2. Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 4 business hours (6AM-6PM PST, 7 days a week) with:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions
- Exchange options if applicable
3. Ship Your Return
Package items securely and include:
- Completed return form
- Original packing slip
- RMA number clearly visible
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Helmets (AGV, ARAI, BELL, HJC, KYT, M2R) – once removed from packaging
- Opened protective gear (gloves, boots with signs of wear)
- Custom or special order items
- Goggles with removed protective film
