30-DAY RIDER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order (excluding special circumstances). Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Key Requirements:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All tags and protective liners must be attached
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
- Some safety items cannot be returned (see below)
STEP-BY-STEP RETURN PROCESS
1. Initiate Your Return
Email our Rider Support Team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
2. Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 4 business hours (6AM-6PM PST) with:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions
- Exchange options if applicable
3. Ship Your Return
Package items securely and include:
- Completed return form (download below)
- Original packing slip
- RMA number clearly visible
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchanges will ship once we receive your return. Expedited shipping available for additional cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Helmets (AGV, ARAI, BELL, HJC, KYT, M2R) – once removed from packaging
- Opened protective gear (gloves, boots with signs of wear)
- Custom or special order items
- GOGGLES with removed protective film
Defective items are covered under manufacturer warranty – contact us immediately.
