How fast do you process orders?
Faster than most riders can gear up: All orders ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12PM PST ship same-day on business days. Weekend orders ship first thing Monday.
Why don’t you ship to some Asian regions?
Due to complex customs regulations and unreliable delivery infrastructure in certain remote areas, we can’t guarantee our Rider’s Delivery Promise standards. We’re working to expand coverage – check back with us.
What if I need gear urgently for a track day?

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Ride with confidence: 15-day returns from delivery date. Gear must be unused with original packaging. Helmets must have intact hygiene liners. Initiate returns at [email protected] – we’ll provide a prepaid label for US returns (international return shipping at customer’s expense).
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds process within 3 business days. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
