This slip-on system is designed as a basic first step towards improving the exhaust note of your motorcycle as well as adding some well needed power. Slip-on exhausts generally do not replace OE emission control devices and are generally more road-friendly – but check local laws to be certain. Using a separate fuel controller, such as a Power Commander V, is a recommended (but generally not required) option when installing a slip-on exhaust system on your motorcycle.
